Peak and holiday travel periods are subject to a 25% seasonal rate adjustment.

Is the Meet & Greet included?

Your office team will explain the current Meet & Greet process and any associated fees during onboarding.

How do I receive an exact quote?

Become a Client and our office will help determine the appropriate visit type, frequency, and care plan for your pets and household.

Do I have to commit to a schedule?

No. Many clients use care regularly, while others use visits only when work schedules, travel, or life events require support. Many families begin with recurring dog walks, cat visits, or companionship visits, building familiarity and trust long before they ever need vacation care. Our office can help determine the right care plan based on your needs and routines.

Fresh food and water, litter care, and medication support — plus the rest of the time spent your pet’s way: a short walk or yard time for dogs; play, brushing, or quiet company for cats.

Standard Visit

More time for the same great care — a longer walk, extra play, or a slower pace. A great fit for multiple pets, detailed routines, or one pet who simply enjoys the company.

Quick Sit

A fast potty break, quick package or plant check, and a visual check of agreed areas.

Tuck-In

$115

Evening visit, concludes by 10 PM

A two-hour evening visit (not overnight) that settles everyone in for the night and concludes by 10 PM. It does not include a morning visit — most families pair it with a
Basic or Standard Visit the next morning for breakfast. Tuck-In visits require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Most oral and topical medications are included in any visit. Injections are handled case by case — they require advance approval and a trained caregiver, and may carry an additional charge. Ask our office.

Cancellation Information

Non-peak, cancel 24 or more hours ahead at no charge.
Within 24 hours, 50% of that visit.
Once the caregiver has arrived or the visit has begun, the visit is charged in full.
