Park Cities Pet Sitter, Inc., doing business as Park Cities Pet Care ("PCPSI," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. By using our Site or Services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, request a quote, book Services, or create a profile in our client portal, we collect information such as your name, home and service address, email address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, pet information, veterinary information, access and scheduling details, and communications you send us.
Payment information. When you pay for Services, our billing system and our payment processor, Stripe, collect and process the information needed to complete the transaction. Card details are handled by Stripe, and we do not store your full card number on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies and analytics section below.
Information from messages. If you communicate with us by phone, text, or email, we keep records of those communications to provide and improve Services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share sensitive personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
Service providers that help us operate, such as our client portal and scheduling system, our payment processor (Stripe), our billing system, our email and text messaging providers, and our website and analytics providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Veterinary and emergency contacts, when needed to care for your pet, as described in our Terms.
Legal and safety recipients, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person or animal.

5. Text messaging and email
If you opt in to text messages from us, we use your mobile number to send the messages you requested, such as service updates, reminders, and, where you have agreed, promotional messages. We will not share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging opt in consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For email marketing, every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor opt out requests promptly. Transactional messages about your bookings and account are part of the Services.
6. Cookies and analytics

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas consumers certain rights, which may include the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Although we operate as a small business, we honor these choices as a matter of practice. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
