If you have an urgent or time-sensitive need, here's exactly how to reach us — and what we'll do to protect your pet and your home.

Have an urgent need right now?

You need service to begin within 24 hours, or to extend service that's about to end.

You need to cancel service scheduled within the next 24 hours.

You need to reach your sitter as soon as possible.

You're locked out and need us to bring a key (offered 8 AM–8 PM, and not guaranteed).

Call the office at (214) 828-0192.

Press 3 at the main greeting (the emergency box).

Leave your name, phone number, and what you need.

After 8:00 PM: emergency calls and last-minute requests are responded to the following morning, as soon as possible.

Your sitter contacts a Manager on Duty.

We try to reach you at the contact information you provided.

If we can't reach you, we try your emergency contact on file.

If we can't reach anyone, we take the appropriate action to protect and care for your pet and home.

If it's a health emergency, we contact your vet or an emergency clinic and transport your pet if needed.

Please note: extra charges may apply for anything additional needed during an emergency.
